Body in Balance Women's Health Conference

Bring your daughters, mothers, and friends to hear keynote speaker Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, at our Body in Balance Women’s Health Conference on Saturday, Sept. 27, from 9 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. at our Roseville Medical Center.

Ferguson is a mother, businesswoman, philanthropist, and author. She also devotes much of her time to health advocacy.

The conference features exercise demonstrations, several vendors, and educational materials on a wide range of topics. Kaiser Permanente physicians and other medical professionals will discuss dieting, parenting, stress management, and other health topics of interest to women. You’ll also have a chance to see a sneak preview of our new Women and Children’s Center, including private delivery suites and private rooms for children, which is scheduled to open in January.
